‘Vendhu Taninatha Kadu’ is a film produced by Isari Ganesh through his company Wales Film International, starring Simbu. Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film is composed by AR Rahman.

Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies has bagged the Tamil Nadu release license of the film, which will hit theaters on September 15. Bentu Thanithanhu Kadu film has been censored by the Censor Board of Government of India. It is also announced that the movie will run for 2 hours and 53 minutes. Writer Jayamohan, who wrote screenplays and dialogues for films including Gautham Menon, Angadi Teru, 2.O, Papanasam, Sarkar, Indian-2, Ponnian Selvan, Vimthithi and others, has teamed up for this film for the first time.
