The Oppo Reno 8 and the Oppo Enco X2 will go on sale for the first time today in the country. To recall, these devices made their debut alongside the Oppo Reno 8 Pro last week in the Indian market. The latest Reno series device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and a 4500mAh battery. Other highlights of the Oppo Reno 8 include a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, a 50MP primary camera, 32MP selfie camera, and 80W SuperVOOC charging.

The Oppo Reno 8 and the Oppo Enco X2 will be available for purchase starting at 12:00 PM exclusively via Flipkart and Oppo Store. Oppo Reno 8 buyers can avail a 10% instant discount (up to Rs 3,000) with HDFC, SBI, ICICI, and Kotak Bank card transactions.
The Oppo Enco X2 buyers will be eligible for Rs 1,000 instant discount on select Debit and Credit Cards. Enco X2 buyers can also avail a flat 10% instant discount on making the payment through Axis Bank and Kotak Bank Credit Cards.
The Oppo Reno 8 price in India is Rs 29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration variant. Whereas, the second-gen Oppo flagship TWS – the Oppo Enco X2 is priced at Rs 10,999.
The Reno 8 offers a 6.4-inch AMOLED display panel with a Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate panel, and 800 nits peak brightness. The display panel houses an in-display fingerprint scanner and also offers Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The Reno 8 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and a Mali G77 GPU. It is fabricated on a 6nm process and brings with it 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS3.1 storage. The Reno 8 packs a 4500mAh battery unit under the hood and supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The Reno 8 comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. There is also a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor on the Reno 8 for selfies and video calls.
The Reno 8 retails in Shimmer Black and Shimmer Gold colour options. It has a Type-C port and weighs about 179 grams.
