Kamal Haasan: “We will reunite after 35 years” – Kamal on Mani Ratnam film..!

Director Mani Ratnam is directing his 234th film starring actor Kamal Haasan.

Mani Ratnam had already directed the film Nayagan about 35 years ago starring Kamal Haasan. Recently Mani Ratnam’s Ponniin Selvan part-1 was released as a grand historical fiction film and gathered reception and collections.

Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram starring Kamal also became a huge hit for Kamal Haasan. The film was released by Udayanidhi Stalin under Red Giant. It is in this context that director Mani Ratnam is directing Kamal Haasan’s 234th film, the next film starring Kamal Haasan.

AR Rahman is composing music for this film. The film is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Company, Producer R. Mahendran and Siva Anand in association with Kamal Haasan’s Rajkamal Films International.

In this regard, Kamal Haasan mentioned in the announcement statement, “I am very excited, 35 years ago I started working with Mr. Mani Ratnam with a similar mindset, and Mr. Rahman also with the same mindset.” He said.

And about Udhayanidhi Stalin, Kamal Haasan said, “I am looking forward to present this film with Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin.” As stated in the report.

Similarly, Mani Ratnam, who is co-producing the film with Kamal Haasan under his label Madras Talkies, said in the statement, “I am delighted, honored and excited to work with Kamal sir.”
