“Gautham Menon is a big Kamal fan”

Vendu Taninatha Kadu movie is releasing in theaters today on September 15th.

This film has been released across Tamil Nadu by Udayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies.

Simbu played the role of ‘Muthu’ as the protagonist in the film ‘Vendhu Tanintha Kadu’. “Vendhu Thanithantu Kadu” is the life events of Muthu Veeran (Simbu) who goes to Mumbai as a migrant laborer from the southern district.

Actress Siddhi Itnani has acted opposite Simbu in this film. Radhika plays the lead role as Simbu’s mother.

‘Vendhu Tanintha Kadu’ is produced by Isari Ganesh through his company Wales Film International.

Writer Jayamohan has teamed up with Gautham Menon for the first time as a writer for this film. Poet Thamarai has worked as a lyricist. Rajiv Nair is the art director and Gautham Menon’s younger sister Uttara Menon is the costume designer. Cinematography by Siddhartha Nuni.

In this case, director Lokesh Kanagaraj spoke about this film in a press conference. Lokesh Kanagaraj replied, “I haven’t seen the film Vendu Taninatha Kadu yet. There are good buzz about the film. Director Gautham Menon is a big fan of Kamal sir. That’s why the film may have reference to the film Nayagan.”
